Is it waterproof?
No — deliberately. It resists smudging and flaking through the day but removes with warm water and your cleanser, so lashes don't pay rent for the wear.
Does it clump on coat three?
The wand separates as it builds — let each coat set for 20 seconds and coat three is drama, not spider.
Sensitive eyes / contacts?
