Is Olivia Melody actually safe for tweens and teens?
That's the whole point of the brand. There are no retinoids, no retinol alternatives, no exfoliating acids (glycolic, kojic) and no anti-aging actives anywhere in the range — just gentle cleansing, hydration, daily SPF, easy colour basics and hair care. Full INCI ingredient lists are published on every product page and printed on every label, so you can check everything before buying.
What age is it designed for?
First-routine skin — roughly 11 and up. If a doctor or dermatologist has recommended something specific for your child's skin, that always comes first.
Where are your products made?
In the EU, by a certified cosmetics manufacturer, in small batches made fresh when you order. Every product is safety-assessed and registered as UK law requires, with the responsible company named right on the label.
Why does delivery take 6–9 working days?
Because your products are literally made when you order them — fresher formulas that haven't sat in a warehouse for months. Watch the process on our TikTok.
Ingredients — where can I see the full list?
Full ingredient (INCI) lists are on every product page and every label. If you're sensitive to anything specific, the label is always the source of truth.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 12 hours of ordering, email hello@oliviamelody.com and we'll catch it before production starts. After that it's already being made — but the 14-day return window has you covered (unopened products).
Do you ship outside the UK?
