Every Olivia Melody product is made fresh to order at our EU production partner — nothing sits in a warehouse going stale. That means:
- Production: your order is made and packed within 2 working days
- Delivery (UK): 4–7 working days after dispatch (standard) — so allow 6–9 working days door to door
- Standard UK delivery: £3.99 · FREE on orders over £35
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
A note on customs: because orders ship from the EU, UK customs may occasionally apply a small import charge on delivery. Most orders arrive with nothing to pay, but we want zero surprises — if you're ever charged, email us at hello@oliviamelody.com and we'll make it right.
Free shade swap (makeup & tinted SPF)
Bought the wrong shade of foundation, concealer, CC stick or tinted SPF? It happens to everyone — screens lie. Email hello@oliviamelody.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the shade you'd like instead, and we'll send it at no cost. No need to return the first one — donate it or pass it to a friend it suits.
Returns
We want you to love everything — and UK law and basic decency both back you up:
- 14-day cooling-off period: you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it and return it for a full refund of the product price.
- The hygiene bit: for health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned (the standard exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Unopened products in their original seal are always returnable within the 14 days.
- Damaged or wrong item? Photo to hello@oliviamelody.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund immediately — no need to return anything.
To start a return, email hello@oliviamelody.com with your order number. Refunds land within 14 days of us receiving the return.
