How our products are made
Every product is manufactured in the EU by a certified cosmetics manufacturer operating under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for cosmetics, and made fresh in small batches when you order — not warehoused for months. That's why delivery takes a few days longer than a megastore, and why your serum arrives months fresher.
Safety & compliance
- Safety assessed: every formula has a Cosmetic Product Safety Report signed by a qualified safety assessor before it can be sold.
- UK notified: products are notified as UK cosmetics regulation requires, with the responsible company named on every label.
- Full transparency: the complete INCI ingredient list is published on every product page and printed on every label. If you're sensitive to an ingredient, the label is always your source of truth.
Our claims policy
We only make cosmetic claims — what products do for the look and feel of skin and hair. You'll read "skin looks brighter" and "the appearance of fuller hair" here, never "cures", "treats" or miracle promises. If a claim sounds medical, it doesn't belong on a cosmetic — and it won't appear on ours.
Testing
Every product is tested on real skin first. If it pills under makeup, flakes by 3pm or sits unused on the shelf, it doesn't make the shop. Follow the testing diaries on TikTok @oliviamelody.
Pricing
Beauty pricing is mostly marketing budget. Ours is a TikTok account and word of mouth — and the price tags show it.
